They didn't get him via free agency, they traded Silverberg & a 1st for him to Anaheim, that's how Anaheim got Ritchie. Still a horrible contract.

So apparently Joe Sakic is on hand to watch the Beanpot Championship! I know Brandon Hickey, and Adam Fox are playing? Any potential for a trade rumor? I know the rumor is that Colorado is interested in Charles McAvoy but you would to think Adam Fox might have him interested too.

I just don’t see Brad Treliving not being interested in Matt Duchene. Has he played on the RW before; I know it shows him as a center and an RW in my yahoo fantasy league.

I kinda doubt Colorado has much interest in another tiny offense first defenceman. If the Flames want Duchene, it's going to take Brodie or Hamilton.

What are they gonna add? Don't think Duchene is worth either one of those guys on his own and I don't think any other team offers them anyone in the same realm as Brodie or Hamilton.
